Despite my focus on the amazing fashions and accessories available at this year's event, the cause has never been far from my heart. It's Father's Day here in Canada today, and today's post is one for my Daddy. He is one of those strong silent types. He has always worked hard to support his family, and we always had what we needed, and most of what we wanted while growing up. Although he wasn't the hands-on parent that my Mom was, he shared his passions with us and it made for some amazing memories. Cottage Life, sailing on Lake Ontario, and driving trips to Florida. I don't often get opportunities to see which of my favorite content creators are still active in-world, there were so many I loved before my extended leave from SL. While touring the 10 Fashion for Life (Relay For Life of Second Life) Event SIMs, I came across one of the best, and most long-standing brands, Bare@Rose. This adorable gown is a donation item at FFL, and it comes in a set with three color versions at one low price, as most Bare@Rose items do. This hot pink and black version won the day, but it also comes in a hot purple and lush orange option as well. The bangle is from Opal, another Exclusive FFL donation item you can nab. I love bracelets in Second Life, and find them so rarely when compared to necklaces and earrings. I just love how easy it is to put an elegant look together when the dress is this stylish to begin with.
