This post really isn't about new things, it's more about digging into my inventory and showing off things I have picked up at various events and shops, but have yet to wear. It's a summer casual look that is all about comfort, and perfect for a little walk about. While checking out My Slink Obsession, the event, I stopped to snap some pictures. I always forget that in addition to being a wonderful shopping destination, Slink West is a really well designed SIM with lots of great spots to take pictures. I love finding new places to shoot for my blog, a little exploration is in order, but it's always fun and there is so much diversity in Second Life to celebrate.

With 'Safari Chic' all the rage, and only so many hours in my day, I decided to combine my love for fashion and my passion for bargain hunting and go on a good, old fashioned, Bargain Hunt. You know the kind I mean. A new place, new shops to sample, and cute little items that are super cheap. The destination of the day was the Okinawa Summer Festival. Full of great Gacha Machines, some with goodies priced at only $10L, I stocked up on lots of great new accessories.
My bargain hunting look came together as I pulled on one of my favorite new wigs from ::Tabou Irresistible:: at Hair Fair 2014, the Merida, in this awesome bold Blood Red. It is so sexy, and svelte, and the fact that the long bangs cover half my face makes it a little bit mysterious too. Then I grabbed up this brilliant ...Mutresse... Ebele Romper, with it's HUD customizable textures for every separate part of the outfit, it is endlessly wonderful in solids or prints. This round of COLLABOR88 is absolutely wonderful, and I want to live in these threads. With Summer heating things up, I found the perfect dress for travelling and flew off to lovely Venice. Not really, but I can dream. The dress however, is for real, and really the perfect thing for a summer day. The Netegli dress by ...Mutresse... is absolute perfection in one dress, and is brand spanking new at this months' FaMESHed event. You have a choice of over 10 solid colors for each of five panels (two on the bodice, three on the skirt), and another set of options for the waist tie and straps. It is a dress that can be worn in a solid color, or in stripes, as I have chosen to do. The number of possible looks is almost endless, and you can truly make it your own. Talk about Bang for Buck!
Paired with a perfectly wonderful *YS&YS* bag I managed to snag at the Oh My Gacha Fair, and some 'new' to me hair from Vanity Hair at the Manga Fair, I was ready to take a stroll. Speaking of strolling, check out these absolutely edible high sandals from ieQED, ones I snagged at a previous 21Shoe sale. I can't wait to see what will be coming this month at the 24-hour, One Day Only Exclusive Shoe Event, where the shoes are hot, and at a 2 for one price for exclusive wowzah! Now, off to find me a sexy crooning Venetian gondolier!
