To wear unorthodox hair, such as the ever growing popularity of partially shaved styles, you need to be a little bit shameless. So the perfection of this Hair Fair 2014 offering from Tameless, called Remi, is just about as perfect as you can get.  In particular, this amazing Fades and Streaks texture pack is utter Rock Star in a box. With colored hair bases to match the variety of color options, and hair that not only can be texture changed as a whole, but also with an optional second streak right up front and center. It was so fun to play with, I almost forgot to get some clothes on my Avatar. Talk about shameless behavior!

It's World Goth Day today, May 22nd, and to a lot of people that means dressing up like it is Halloween, head to toe in black and bringing out the demons. Well, to me Goth is more a state of mind. Yes, it is inspired by Gothic themes in architecture, fashion, and literature, but it is also a way of seeing the world. When I think of 'Goth', I think of despair and sadness, of emotions that we all have to hide on most days. Today I am feeling particularly lonely, and even unlovable to a great extent, and it puts me in a dark place. I may not be able to show it, but inside, I am crying in the dark.
