Rhapsody - I Love The Nightlife

While Summer and all it's various accouterments have arrived in Second Life, I think I have managed to shop for enough swimwear to last me a long while. That said, I still have the shopping bug, which is why I am so thrilled that another great Hottie Cooterati Event is on the way, it's time for every music lover's dream event, Rhapsody. Starting tonight at midnight SLT, that's 3am for us party animals on the East Coast, you can visit an amazing sim packed full of every Genre of music and heaps of fashion, decor, and poses to go with each style. Disco, Pop, Rock, Metal, Country, Punk, Jazz, name it, you can find it at Rhapsody. There is so much to work into your wardrobe, you will be singing the praises of this fabulous event for weeks!  

I decided to start off with one of the most deliciously fun looks from the Disco content area, but this adorably sexy .:* LOULOU&CO *:. Donna Dress, isn't limited to a 70s vibe alone. You can wear it to any party and feel sexy as all heck.  I paired it up with the equally awesome Cae Disco Inferno Necklace, also from Rhapsody. This necklace is HUD controlled to change colors of the sweet sparkly little Disco Ball, and the metal chain too. Also pictured are just a few of the items from [CIRCA] that can make your next Disco Bash a complete success, including the glowing "Disco Era" Dance Floor and the "Disco Tech" Dance Party Art Panel in the background. FFL - Little Wanderer

This adorable summer dress is by SySy Chapman of SYSY's, and is currently available exclusively at the Fashion for Life Event. SySy is very passionate about all that she does, and her joy in participating in this event is palpable. You can get this lovely dress, the Wanderette in her shop on the TREK SIM, where item donation range from a whopping 100% to 15% for all her goodies. She has some lovely shoes as well. Having only been to one edition of The Serafilms Event before, that being last rounds Moulin Rouge incarnation, I really was looking forward to this months event. Labyrinth is one of those films that takes me back to my teen years. My first introduction to David Bowie [there is a g-d], and the music and magic of that films still lingers. I can watch it over and over and never get tired of it. Sweet Ludo, the conflicted Hoggle, that sweet little worm, the arguing door knockers, each new character was more magical than the last. Labyrinth is a mind blowing film, Jim Henson saw to that, but this event is just as wonderful. The actual event build is an M.C. Escher style maze of twisting stairways, leading in all directions, and there is an amazing array of goodies to scoop up. The most magical thing, to my mind, an amazing Skysphere build by A.D.D.Andel!  called It's Further Than You Think. I used it for my shoot. Visit the DEMO and be awed by the details and the spot-on feel of being lost in the Labyrinth. I will let you know when I meet the Goblin King.
