At the risk of being redundant with the Retrology Blog, Some people read me directly (I have heard rumors of this).*lol* Just wanted to remind people that now is this time to snap & submit!
THERE ARE 3 CATEGORIES FOR ENTRIES!
1. PLACES - SHOW US THE SCENES ON RETROLOGY IN A NEW LIGHT!
2. PEOPLE - PORTRAITS, GROUP SHOTS, INCLUDES FULL BODY OR CLOSE UP SHOTS.
3. FASHION - YES FASHIONISTAS, SHOW US YOUR LOOKS COMPOSSED WITH ITEMS FROM THE RETROLOGY VENDORS, CAN USE ITEMS SOLD IN MAINSTORES OR ON THE SIM, ALL ITEMS DO NOT HAVE TO BE FROM RETROLOGY, BUT THE RETROLOGY ITEMS SHOULD BE THE FOCUS OF THE SHOTS. PLEASE INCLUDE SHOPPING CREDITS IF ENTERING THIS CATEGORY.
If you haven't already visited Retrology and started snapping, now is the time! Just 8 HOURS Left for submissions. Please see the Retrology Photo Contest Flickr Group Information for full details or Previous Posts on the Retrology Blog for details about the SIM & Contest. Deadlines WILL NOT be extended!
There will be a total of 10 Prizes awarded. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each of the Categories (receiving amounts of $ 3000 L, $ 2000 L, and $ 1000 L respectively) and an overall Grand Prize Photo that Will Receive $ 10,000L! In additon we will be releasing details of additional gifts and prizes from our amazing Retrology Vendors!

NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS - Retrology 1 Year Anniversary Photo Contest!
IT'S PHOTO CONTEST TIME!
You keep telling us how much you Love RETROLOGY, now it's time to show us! Our first Anniversary is less than a month away and to celebrate we want to see just what you love about Retrology. And what better way than to share your amazing, funny and inspired photos!
Entries Must be submitted via the Retrology Photo Contest Flickr Group. There Are Over 200 Members in the Flickr Group At This Time, So Join Today!
Entries will be accepted between Sunday July 13th/08 @ 00:01AM SLT and Sunday July 27th/08 @ 00:01AM SLT.
A Maximum of 10 Entries will be accepted per Avatar/Flickr Account. Photos must fit into any or all of the following 3 judging categories;
People, Places and Fashion. The first 2 categories are fairly self explanatory... the Fashion Category must feature clothing/hair/accessories etc. available from the Shops/Vendors on the Sim. (Outfits may include non-Retrology items, but Items found on the sim will be the focus of the judges - all entries in this category must list the items they are wearing in the flickr image description.)
We will be selecting the best entries and displaying them in a gallery in 'Lovers Walk Park'. Winning Photos will be announced August 3rd, the date of our First Anniversary.
