Better Late Than Never!

Well... Finally Getting Caught Up On My Blog, I didn't want to leave this one out. I know... Superbowl was almost a week ago! We had a lot of Events at PIN UPS that weekend, I DJd a Superbowl Party on Saturday Night (Feb.02/08), and then on Superbowl Sunday, we had a "Good Sports" Event. I wanted to show you the costumes I wore to those events, they were a riot and I had a lot of fun putting this together. During the FashCon Free Rez Day Freebie Mania, I stopped in to "LaynieWear" and grabbed these two adorable Cheerleader costumes. The Referee, I had from Halloween and was looking for a good reason to wear it, when looking for over the top Sexy Costumes, "LVS" or Liquid Velvet Studios is a great place to start! So Here is my personal tribute to Superbowl Mania, something that is definitely not as much of a Passion up in Canada, where I hail from, but seems to grip my American friends in SL like crazy! I went very Pin Up for this shoot, and I love the way these 3 looks are so different, yet all ME ME ME! Go Team!

Sombre Colours For A Blue Girl

There is no hiding the fact that I have been very blue lately, slipping into s depression deeper than I have known before. I have been letting things slide, feel unable to force a smile, and feel little joy... and I wanted to wear the feeling I felt inside. This stunning set from "TULI" is incredible in it's fine details and brilliant use of Prim Pieces, and I felt warm and protected in it, covered from head to toe, something I rarely do... I needed to hide. Sometimes fashion says more about what is in out hearts than what is in our heads. Stylish, yes, but somehow just something to be invisible in.

A Doll On Christmas

I felt like a doll the minute I put on this sweet felt dress from "Swallowtail". It is adorable in it's almost "Arts & Crafts" feel, and it was hard to decide which one to get since all four colour options are completely different and equally amazing. the new 'Knit Beads Necklace' also from swallowtail is perfection, and I chose it in white since it was Modable and I knew I could tint it and wear it endlessly this way. Adorable dresses call for adorable Mary Jane's Shoes, and these Clogs from "Shiny Things" have just the right feel. Like a little girl playing dress-up, this made me feel like a sweet little doll on Christmas morning!
