Hair Fair - Jelly Dots & Popsicles

There is something about hair from tram that just makes me feel girly and sweet. This new D523 style is another cloyingly sweet addition to my collection, available now Exclusively at Hair Fair 2014. It has a lovely wee braided crown and cute fringed bangs. It made me feel like throwing together an equally sweet look, including some of the great Gacha items at the current round of The Chapter Four, and a precious necklace from The Secret Affair. A great pair of jeans is always a wonderful thing, and this pair from DRIFT at The Dressing Room FUSION has a HUD with 5 different denim dye washes to choose from, it's five pairs of jeans in one for less than $100L! Better snap up these items fast, time is limited with most of the event items at a sale price. Adding some sweet and colorful dots by Ama. to my manicure it the icing on my little sweet cake.

Hair Fair - Hot Summer Nights

When the air gets humid on a hot summer night, I have to fight the frizz. It's an East Coast summer problem, a never ending battle. But what if those of us with all that naturally tamed curl just let it go wild. I think it would look a lot like this amazing new Hair Fair 2014 Exclusive from ICONIC. The Icon is the ultimate in huge and curly love, the hair base has those lovely little baby hairs we all lust after, and the flexi-curls move with bounce and flow. I am just so in love with this style I can't say enough good things about it. It combines all the best things about modern hair in Second Life. It hair a lovely tattoo layer base, a HUD for selecting from heaps of brilliant textures, a mesh base with all these layers of amazing flexi spiral curls. It made me think of the 70s with fondness, and that is where the rest of the look comes in. 

Back at Project Limited, I picked up these exclusive limited edition bits of heaven, a Romper from DeeTaleZ and these sweet platform Saddle Shoes from *REIGN.. Both are limited in number being sold to 200, but other colors are available, so better hurry your buns to grab them up soon.

Hair Fair - Can You Keep A Secret?

I can keep a secret, most of the time. Like when my sisters told me they were expecting, I was sure to get them to my favorite Obstetrician that I work with, and told them it was "not my news to share". So points for me for keeping secrets. But some secrets are too good to keep, like the new round of The Secret Affair that opens tomorrow, July 15th. Or, this great new /Wasabi Pills/ Midori style, available now Exclusively at the Hair Fair 2014. The hair is stunningly sweet, with a braid right up front and off center, simply lovely.  But back to The Secret Affair, where you can grab up this lovely little ruffled lace bit of a mesh fantasy dress from !gO!, I opted for the Sky blue color, but it was a close call, the half dozen options are all absolute stunners. So much goodness coming your way at both Hair Fair 2014 and The Secret Affair, sorry ladies, but I had to let the secret out!

Hair Fair - A Hipster With The Blues

It's the H word, and some people simply won't use it. But I say, if you are Hipster and you know it, shout Hooray! This amazing wig from Blues., called Emilia, is the most fabulously Hip wig to flip on the grid, so says me. It tucks back behind the ears with a soft bed-head like wave, the bangs are starkly short, so short they look like a toddler with a pair of safety scissors went at them. But it is 100% awesome, and just the style that the Hipster girl in me craves. AK Donut Festival 2014 - Do You Speak Donut?

It's the best day ever! It's Donut Day with the opening of the Atelier Kreslso Donut Festival 2014 at noon SL time today (3:00 pm EST). A yummy and silly bit of fun where you can grab up heaps of iced, frosted, and candied rings of delicious for just $40L a nom. So many amazing content creators have added their talents to this bake sale, you will have to grab up a bakers dozen at least!  Believe it or not, I couldn't even get all of the goodies into my NINE images for this post, that's a heap of guilt free carbs! What I did manage to fit into to this post is this fabulous new !Ohmai Salon wig by the lovely Anya Ohmai, available now at Hair Fair 2014. I picked up the Eli in the Candy Pack of colors, most can be seen in this post, but there are even more options in the one pack, including a second hair version with a little birdie nibbling on the braid.  How sweet is that! Hair Fair - Olli Always Love You

What can I say, I am a girl who loves some bangs. Long and eyelash grazing, straight  or whispy, curled or fringed, if it's got bangs, I am usually sunk. So it is fairly obvious that the moment my bang covered eyes saw this Hair Fair 2014 release from Fashionably Dead, loveably named Olli, I was all up in this wig! I love the Ombre effect in this style, it is particularly nice. I think I can say with certainty that you will find a texture you can love just as much from among the variety of options. You can only get it at the Hair Fair for now, so get there any way you can! Oh Olli, you had me at hello!

Rhapsody - Lust For Life

I have been under the weather and haven't been able to get much blogging done, but today I pushed myself hard to get some done because I was dying to show off more Rhapsody goodies. While the initial riot around the opening may have passed, don't let this event get by you unseen, it runs until the 12th of July, so there is lots of time to get your rock-on!

This look is put together in the mode of PUNK ROCK, whatever that means to you. To me it has always meant a lot of attitude, a lot of angst, and a whole lot of bad behavior. This MINA Hair wicked Mohawk look, called Sid, is the perfect Unisex style. Similarly, the tied shirt from +A&A+ is also a Unisex winner, it comes in a heap of awesome version to choose from. The Amerie jacket with tank or t-shirt combo from [R3VOLT] is another Punk perfect look. It had a heap of was to customize it and make it your own.  Some tats and piercings, why the heck not!
