Hair Fair - When Hair Becomes Art

Most of us choose our hair for everyday wear, something cute or sexy that can be worn with a variety of looks.  But there are some content creators that push the envelope and design hair that is so particular, so unique, it becomes a work of art and is meant for costume or high fashion styling. The offerings at Hair Fair 2014 from [sYs] are very much in that latter group.
